How an engagement starts

Every project begins with a written proposal that names the scope, the deliverables, the timeline, and the price. Nothing on this website is a binding offer; the proposal is.

Payment

Projects are typically split into an advance and delivery milestones, stated in the proposal. Work begins when the advance clears.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, the client owns the final deliverables. CREATIVE MK keeps the right to name the client and show the work in its portfolio only when the client has agreed to it in writing — that is why unnamed work on this site appears redacted.

Revisions and scope

Each proposal states the rounds of revision it includes. Work outside the written scope is quoted separately before it happens, never billed as a surprise.

Liability

Deliverables are provided as described in the proposal. CREATIVE MK is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits; total liability is capped at the fees actually paid for the engagement.

Todo proyecto empieza con una propuesta escrita que nombra alcance, entregables, calendario y precio. Nada en este sitio constituye una oferta vinculante; la propuesta sí.

Pago

Los proyectos suelen dividirse en un anticipo e hitos de entrega, definidos en la propuesta. El trabajo empieza cuando el anticipo se acredita.

Propiedad

Con el proyecto pagado por completo, el cliente es dueño de los entregables finales. CREATIVE MK solo nombra al cliente y muestra el trabajo en su portafolio cuando el cliente lo aprueba por escrito — por eso el trabajo sin nombre aparece censurado en este sitio.

Revisiones y alcance

Cada propuesta define las rondas de revisión incluidas. El trabajo fuera del alcance escrito se cotiza por separado antes de hacerse, nunca se factura por sorpresa.

Responsabilidad

Los entregables se proveen según la propuesta. CREATIVE MK no responde por daños indirectos ni lucro cesante; la responsabilidad total se limita a los honorarios efectivamente pagados.
